Need To Restring your Racket ?

General PostingsOk, you've broken your string and need to have it restrung ? Or its been ages since you restrung and need to have a 'new feel' to your racket ?

I only carry a small range of string types which I personally use myself in competitions. They are synthetic gut multi-filament or single core (16g and 17g), and the price ranges between $25 and $35 (restringing inclusive).

Experienced and have restrung all types of rackets, including O-type, with/without grommets, and even wooden ones !! Will string according to your specifications and will make recommendations as well.

Will also restring your racket if you provide your own strings.

This place rules ! Just needs more commitment !

General PostingsAnonymous writes "Guys, mates, girlz'n'boyz !
this club needs people to live. Everything is here. Ready. It just needs people and commitment. That's just simple and easy. When I see the price asked, I'm just astonished. You pay just 20-30 times more in Europe to play tennis !

The Night the Devil Came to Georgia - Music !

Events Diarychrislean writes "This is what can happen when in a totally impromptu Music Social/Jam night.

The 27th Sept 2007 Music Jam night begins in the usual fashion with Bradley doing his thing, then out comes Mark the Irishman and he wants to sing.

We don't know where he comes from. Must be the publicity. Never met him before. Ok he seems equipped with a nice guitar and away he goes...

He attracts a few mates (where did these guys come from as well ?), out comes the birthday cakes (the secret !) because it is Bradley's birthday, and a few beers and we get an Irish-sing-along.

For a more detailed commentary, login in and find out !

How it all went:
No, this isnt Bradley Primmer, A bit of introduction, I am singing

A bit of finger-picking, Now, how can I do this better ?, I know what - I will engage the audience

He gets someone - oh we have a duet now, We look for words to fill the song ?,

Another Duet - No Woman No Cry, I hope he knows what he is doing...,

Let's try a different Act - a comedy sketch, Seems to be working..., Now he gets more comedians 'reinforcements' in the Act,

Was it all staged, a conspiracy perhaps ? For a more detailed commentary, login in and find out !

The Terry Terror Act was out-gunned and out-manned that evening ! And frankly, so were we !"

Yes, this Nite is when the Big Guns come to town. A total of 5 bands will be on stage, sending out their sound in 15inch speakers. Each band comes complete with drums and drummer too.

A Nite to come and watch music from Miss Jane, BosomRocks, Utility, No Commercial Potential, Papa vrs Pretty, and just perhaps if you get lucky - Mark the IrishMan.

Not an impromptu and improvisational nite, but rather an organised and 'original music' nite. Come and mingle - members or non-members alike - leave your tennis racket behind !
